The Man Behind The Show
Dominick C Pigno
Dominick Cosmo Pigno has been building New York with integrity for over the last three decades. Following his vast experiences in corporate commercial real estate, construction, commercial high-rise contracting, and his memorable appointment as director for the NYC School Construction Authority, he ventured into private residential enterprises erecting custom homes throughout Staten Island and other parts of New York City. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pigno has completed over 65 projects and counting.
Mr. Pigno holds a master’s degree in business from St. John’s University, as well as numerous post-graduate certificates, and has completed doctorate-level coursework in business administration and construction management at New York University. Today, he is the proud owner of Liberty Estates and various other subsidiaries and continues to provide exceptional service to the tri-state area. Having worked and built in both New York and New Jersey, Mr. Pigno prides himself on having a profound knowledge base that allows him to establish a meaningful repertoire with all his current and prospective clients. He emphasizes direct communication, accessibility, and consistent input from his customers to maximize their utmost satisfaction.
As an avid fisherman, you can frequently find Mr. Pigno at the Jersey Shore, appreciating the scenery at his favorite seaside hotspots. He also enjoys spending time with his family, friends and Maltese dog, Gabby. Additionally, he is honored to be acknowledged and accredited by the Veterans’ Administration as a certified contractor who has done work for many local patriots that have served their country and are in need of accommodations in their homes and businesses. His accolades include awards for Achievement in Excellence from the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and being a good standing member of the Building Industry Association of New York. Mr Pigno has been awarded top recognition in office interior design and construction, state of the art methods and procedures, and improved operational safety systems. He’s a licensed NYC Construction Superintendent and General Contractor as well with licenses in New Jersey.
